Stealth Building Solutions is the inspiration of Scott Powell who has been in the building industry for over 28 years and a QBCC licensed Low Rise Builder since 1993 servicing the Brisbane metropolitan area, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.

Scott has been working under the trading name of SP Building since 2005. All aspects of the building industry have been covered – new homes and extensive renovations, domestic and commercial.

He has an extensive knowledge of building techniques, materials and products. Arriving on site, he is ready to work with the most comprehensive range of tools at his disposal and the knowledge to use them effectively and safely.

Scott is now taking the knowledge and experience gathered to Stealth Building Solutions which is primarily to give sound building help and advice, inspections and reports to home owners that are wanting to sell or upgrade their homes but also pre-purchase inspections for people looking to buy a new home or investment property.

Not only can the Completed Residential Building Inspection to Australian Standard 4349.1 be undertaken, but we can go above and beyond to give advice on building problems, ideas for cost efficient upgrades and a detailed list of what you need to either fix or minimise to avoid these issues being raised in building inspections.
